2009-2010 UMSC Indoor Soccer Program



Practices @6:30 p.m.

Our indoor practices are held on Mondays and Thursdays at St. Vincent De Paul, 50 Featherstone Ave., south of Denison, Markham (between McCowan and Middlefield) and on Fridays (combined practice and technical training) at St. Augustine Catholic High School, 2188 Rodick Rd North of 16th Ave., off Rodick Road (Rodick Rd is between Warden Ave and Woodbine Ave.)

All practices and tryouts are held between 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. at the above locations.

The school request that parents/players should wear non-marking shoes in the gym.

Futsal League (details)

The 5v5 Futsal league will take place every Sunday from November to April.
Time: Between 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location: Father Michael McGivney Catholic Academy, 5300 14th Avenue, Markham (NE Corner McCowan/14th Avenue)

UMSC Strikers Red gains promotion

Congratulations to UMSC Strikers Red team for a very exciting finish to the season by winning their two playoff games against Richmond Hill White and Barrie Spirit.

Results
Richmond Hill 1-1 UMSC Strikers Red
(UMSC Strikers Red won 3-2 on penalties)

UMSC Strikers Red 6-2 Barrie Spirit

The playoff results means that UMSC Strikers Red gained a promotion to the York Region Soccer League Under-11 A Division for next year.
